SHIP-OF-THE-LINE, circa 1800, with forty-six guns run-out, carved male
figurehead with sword, carved stern-castle; mounted on marquetry inlaid base.

PRISONER-OF-WAR MINIATURE BONE MODEL OF A
SHIP-OF-THE-LINE, circa 1800, four decker with 120 guns, carved and polychromed
female figurehead and stern-castle; mounted on bone and ebony base. Height 7 ¼
in. Length 8 ¾ in.
PRISONER-OF-WAR BONE MODEL OF A TRIPLE-DECKER
SHIP-OF-THE-LINE, circa 1800, with seventy-eight guns run-out, carved male
figurehead, engraved and polychromed stern-castle, wooden highlights, and cloth
British ensigns flying at bow, masthead and stern; mounted on marquetry inlaid
base. Height 19 ¾ in. Length 21 ½ in.

FINE PRISONER-OF-WAR BONE SHIP MODEL, circa
1800, a model of a 106 gun ship of the line with a planked and pinned hull,
full female figurehead holding a staff and wreath, elaborately carved stern,
galleries, stairways etc., mounted on a contrasting base of horn and bone with
pillar and ball posts. Height 22 in. Length 28 in. Depth 10 in.

planked and pinned hull with baleen wales, carved and polychromed male
figurehead, furled sails on a wood parquetry base trimmed in bone. Height 17.5
